This policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 («Personal Data Protection Code») and refers exclusively to the website www.simonesessa.it and to the Android apps published by Simone Sessa on the Google Play Store. Users/visitors of the site must read this Privacy Policy carefully and under their own responsibility before communicating any kind of information/personal data and/or filling in any electronic form available on the site.

Pursuant to the same article, such persons have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons to its processing.
Types of data processed and purposes of processing
The types of personal data processed can be identified as navigation data, data voluntarily provided by users/visitors of the site, and cookies.
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data which are then implicitly transmitted through the use of Internet communication protocols. The email address entered in the aforementioned contact form will be used solely and exclusively to send any communications or replies from the site administrator or his collaborators. The information entered will remain stored in the email mailbox related to this site, managed by Aruba.
Sending photos for Instagram
Users can submit their own cat photos through the following form. Users accept that the photos and information transmitted may be used at the discretion of the site administrator, without any right of recourse over them, for private or commercial purposes.
Android apps
Changer – Account registration
Through the Changer app it is possible to register an account to save your own wallpapers on the website www.simonesessa.it. Registration is carried out by linking your Google account: the user's email address and other basic information (first name, last name) will be saved in the MySql database related to this website and provided by Aruba. The site administrator is not responsible for any use or misuse of the wallpapers uploaded by users of the Changer app.
Changer – Google Drive and Dropbox profiles
Through the Changer app it is possible to use your own personal clouds (specifically Google Drive and Dropbox) to download images and use them as wallpaper. The connection to the clouds is made through their respective official APIs, and the user's email address is saved in the MySql database related to this website and provided by Aruba.
Sun
The Sun app does not use or collect users' personal data.
Empty
The Empty app does not use or collect users' personal data. It requires access to your Google account, but all the information necessary for the correct functioning of the app is saved exclusively on the device.
